Job Duties:
- Interpret, analyze, and report data related to finances and operations of the company’s various operations (e.g., timber, logging, natural gas, pizza restaurants, commercial real estate and wine.
- Develop and maintain databases and data collection systems
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Work with management to prioritize business and informational needs
- Develop reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data
- Analyze industry trends and make recommendations based upon those trends
- Create data models based on analyses to support organizational decision making
- Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a data analyst or financial data analyst
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design and development, and data mining
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases (MySQL, SQL Server, etc.), and programming (Python, SQL, etc.)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages (Excel, R, SAS, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s Degree in data science, accounting or finance, computer science, or related field
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Great tax office location in Hillsboroget first shot at lease renewal and receive payments from me for minimal use

I am looking for someone who will begin new lease 6/1/23 and is willing to let me share the space on a
very minimal basis and pay for that use. After this tax season I am downsizing my tax
practice and moving my practice to my home office. I will not need full-time
office space at 323 SE 3rd Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97123 after the 5/31/23 lease expiration. Many of my clients are remote
but some still need to drop off and pick-up tax docs.
I will refer you to the owner to be
first in line for a new lease starting 6/1/23 and I will make payments to you
for the ability for my clients to just drop off their tax documents. Minimal or
no client meetings. Currently it is a two-person office but could be configured
for a third/fourth person. Any/all furniture can stay with the new tenant if
desired. I know this is unusual but it would be beneficial to me to not have to move all of the
furniture at this time nor have to find somewhere else to have clients drop off
docs.
