We will review the protected proceeding (PP) process. Discussion will include 1)
when is it appropriate to open a PP, 2) what information is required in a
petition, 3) who is entitled to notice, 4) what are the guardian's &/or
conservator's duties & responsibilities., and 5) how & when a PP
terminates. Tax preparation aspects will be addressed. Attendance will be documented via "code words" spoken at intervals throughout the class, to be entered into the mandatory survey afterward..

planning, estate administration and protected proceedings since 2012.Sara opened

adult children and a 6 year old dog named Thor who likes to come to work with
