Tax preparers are responsible to find a reasonable basis for each action. Real life examples will aid the discussion of what is a reasonable basis when ethical dilemmas arise.

will be a $40 fee (cash or check, paid at the meeting) if you want to receive the 2-hour Continuing Education certificate ($20/credit hour). That fee will be applied towards your OATC membership registration if you join at the class.
