Please join us at our Thursday meeting for 2 hours of education: Tax Tales – Key Tax Concepts and the bizarre, exciting, or simply interesting events that brought them before the courts.

We will examine these issues as told by judges and justices in court opinions.  Find out about the taxpayers whose tax situations resulted in the rules we now use on a regular basis, and leave knowing how to find these great stories for yourself. Participants will learn to use published opinions in tax research and will gain insight into the policies and reasoning behind some of our tax laws.
