Jason McKay, EA, LTCPortland Chapter invites you to join us at our December 11 meeting. This meeting will include a class which will be an in-depth 2 hour session that will walk attendants through how City of Portland and Multnomah County taxation laws and calculations work.  Jason McKay, EA, LTC - City of Portland, Revenue Auditor will update everyone on the new important issues that they should be aware of for the upcoming tax season.   Major subjects will include current year tax changes, determining liability, nexus and apportionment issues, exemptions, tax calculations, penalty and interest discussions and an opportunity to ask questions.

These 2 hours of education will qualify for Oregon CE credit. 

About Our Speaker

Jason McKay graduated from Oregon State University in Accounting. He is an enrolled agent with the IRS and a licensed tax consultant with the Oregon Board of Tax Practitioners. He has over 2 years of tax preparing experience at a Portland metro-area tax firm, almost 4 years of experience as a tax auditor with the Oregon Department of Revenue and has currently been employed with the City of Portland Revenue Division for over 3 years as a revenue auditor (he was promoted to senior revenue auditor on July 12th, 2018).
