This month our Westside Chapter Education resumes on the evening of Monday May 22nd.  I am really looking forward to this month’s presentation given by Tammi M Caress, LL.M. Tammi is an attorney that I have worked with on mutual client situations and I have found her work to be excellent. Tammi will discuss basic and advance estate planning techniques in today’s estate and income tax climate. She also will review the process of trust and estate administration as it relates to fiduciary income taxes and distributions to heirs and beneficiaries.

Tammi will give special focus in providing information to the tax professionals to assist with the initial client consultation. The handout for her presentation is now available in the Education section of our chapter library.
